Dear Autumn, welcome! We celebrate you with this magnificent, easy-to-make, and very healthy dessert: fresh figs with chia and turmeric mousse. Let’s talk a little bit about turmeric, one of my favorite spices/superfoods. I adore it for its color, flavor, and beneficial properties. A spice with superpowers ♥ Some of these curcumin due qualities are:
- stimulates bile secretion
- increased liver detox capacity
- anticarcinogenic, reduces inflammation, hepato-protective
- powerful antioxidant
- antiviral, antibacterial, and antibiotics properties
- improved blood circulation, preventing heart attack, purifying blood, and reducing cholesterol levels.
- improves articulation mobility and so many more
