Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. |

Grease a baking dish and line it with parchment paper. |

In a small bowl, stir the flaxseed and water and set aside for 5 minutes to get a thicker consistency. |

In another bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt. |

In a large bowl, mix together the sunflower oil, orange extract, and flaxseed mixture, then stir in the zucchini. |

Add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture and stir well. Let rest for 1 minute and stir again, making sure to incorporate everything. Add the chocolate chips. |

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and use a spatula to smooth the top. Sprinkle with more chocolate chips and seeds mix. |

Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 1 hour. |
